Are you insured?

Yes. We carry public liability and property damage insurance and all our employees are covered by WSIB insurance.

Will you make a lot of mess?

Whenever possible we cut stone using dustless technology. We always fully deep clean the property upon completion of the job. We also do end of day daily clean ups throughout the job. We pay special attention to sidewalks to keep your neigbours happy and as inconvenienced as possible.

Is there a warranty on your work?

Hardscaping comes with a one year warranty on all services performed by Khali Outdoor Living on all new installations
Khali Outdoor Living is not responsible for natural causes from weather such as discolouring, staining, cracking, chipping and efflorescence on interlock pavers and natural stones.
Fence Deck and Decks warranty covers critical items such as Post Installation, Structural Integrity & Loose Sections. Any structural issues are fully covered for 5 years!
Natural wood behaviour such as splitting / shrinking and warping of lumber are unavoidable, cosmetic and excluded from warranty. Whether you purchase the lumber from HOME DEPOT, RONA or any other lumber supplier natural wood behaviour is excluded as this is a natural product which is predictably susceptible to normal imperfections.

Will you start my job & leave to start another job before completion?

Once work begins on your site a dedicated crew will be assigned to your project until the project is completed. Unfortunately weather may push our expected completion dates behind but it won’t be from our lack of effort.
